Getting Started
Most CRMs give you a database and maybe some drip campaigns. OAK includes Weaver—an AI that actually holds conversations with your leads. It doesn't send canned messages; it qualifies leads by asking about household members, calculates personalized quotes using your criteria, handles objections, and books appointments directly on your calendar. It's the difference between a tool and a teammate.
The process has four steps: (1) Complete the sign-up form with your contact and business information, (2) Choose your plan and pay the $75 A2P registration fee, (3) Schedule your onboarding call (we require 48 hours notice), and (4) On the call, we'll activate your subscription and walk you through the platform. Your monthly billing starts during the onboarding call when we set up your account.
Onboarding typically takes 3-9 days total. This includes your onboarding call, A2P registration with carriers, and account setup. Once your A2P is approved, you'll have your desired message limits and be ready to start automating your lead follow-up.
No long-term contracts. Standard plans are billed monthly or annually, and AI plans offer weekly, monthly, or annual billing options. Cancel anytime. There's a one-time $75 setup fee that covers A2P registration and your onboarding session. If we're not delivering value, you shouldn't be stuck paying.

The AI introduces itself with a friendly name you choose, gathers information about household members and ages, calculates a quote range based on your criteria, handles common objections, and works to book an appointment. Messages are brief, professional, and feel natural—no emojis, no spam triggers. Every conversation is visible in your dashboard.
The AI gathers ages and genders of household members, then uses a formula to calculate a quote range that brackets actual plan costs. This gives leads a realistic expectation without committing to a specific number. The formula considers each adult's age and dependent count to produce a low-end and high-end monthly estimate.
You're always in control. Add a "no-ai" tag to any contact and the AI steps aside immediately. Many advisors let the AI handle qualification and booking.
Upload a CSV of phone numbers and our scrubber checks them against a TCPA litigator database (people known to file lawsuits), detects and removes landlines, checks for duplicates against both your file and existing contacts, and prevents you from re-sending an opening message to people already in active conversations. The cleaned list is ready to use immediately or you can schedule it for later.
Absolutely. We don't hand you a generic bot and wish you luck. During onboarding, we configure Weaver based on your specific workflows, messaging preferences, lead qualification criteria, and calendar availability. The AI adapts to how you do business—your quote calculations, your objection handling, your appointment structure. It's built to feel like an extension of your team, not a third-party tool.

Weaver syncs with your calendar (Google or Outlook), reads your availability in real-time, and offers open slots to leads during the conversation. Once they pick a time, the appointment lands directly on your schedule. Weaver also sends reminders and automatically follows up with no-shows—so you're not just booking more appointments, you're actually having them.
Deliverability is critical—there's no point automating if your messages don't land. OAK is built on carrier-compliant A2P 10DLC infrastructure, which means your messages get delivered to mobile phones reliably. Our List Scrubber also removes landlines before you send, so you're not wasting money on numbers that can't receive texts.
Yes. OAK automates your outreach and follow-up, but you need to supply your own lead lists. Whether you buy leads, generate them through ads, or get referrals, you import them into OAK and we take it from there. That said, the quality of your leads still matters—if the leads aren't interested, no amount of AI can change that.
Technical & Compliance
A2P (Application-to-Person) registration is required by carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) for business text messaging. It involves registering your brand and messaging campaign to prove you're a legitimate business sending wanted messages. We handle the entire process for you—brand registration, campaign submission, and any issues that arise.
When someone texts STOP, they're automatically opted out and you can no longer message them. This is handled automatically and is required for compliance. The AI also responds to HELP requests with information about your messaging program. These are carrier requirements and we handle them for you.
We provision a new phone number for you as part of setup. This number is used for your OAK messaging and is registered under your A2P campaign. You can also forward calls from this number to your existing phone if you prefer.
Pricing & Billing
We offer several plans: Standard ($50/mo or $550/yr) includes full CRM, pipeline, and list scrubber. Standard + Mobile ($100/mo or $1,100/yr) adds iPhone app access. For AI-powered automation, we offer weekly plans—AI ($150/wk) or AI + Mobile ($165/wk)—as well as the AI Package ($600/mo or $6,600/yr) which includes mobile access and is our best value for committed users. All AI plans include Weaver for 24/7 automated conversations, lead qualification, quote calculation, and appointment booking. All plans include a one-time $75 setup fee.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Your contacts and data remain intact regardless of plan changes.
Messages cost $0.0125 per segment. A standard SMS is 1 segment (160 characters); longer messages may use multiple segments. You maintain a wallet balance and can set up auto-reload when it gets low.
Your subscription starts during your onboarding call, not when you pay the $75 setup fee. At the beginning of the call, we'll activate your subscription and you'll receive a verification code to confirm the payment. This way, you don't pay for time before you're set up.
Yes! Refer another advisor to OAK and earn account credits. You'll receive $50 in credits when someone you refer signs up for the Standard or Standard + Mobile plan, or $100 in credits if they sign up for an AI plan. The person you refer just needs to mention your name on the sign-up form.
